Recently I relocated to Panama looking from fresh new challenges and a Real Estate market that is still in its infancy. The Central and South American markets have long be overlooked by the US more in favour of Mexico and the Caribbean.

The Latin American market is the ideal place for investment and a second home. Panama to me is the crop of the bunch with its ties to the USA the Dollar is located into the Balboa at 1-1 and the retiree program makes Panama an ideal place to both invest and also retire.
