Did you have a check on the tenant’s criminal record and some consultation with their employers or previous landlord? I think that you missed on those otherwise you wouldn’t have had so many problems. I would advice you to have a complete check on the tenants every aspect like a criminal check, credit status, a talk with reliable people around them etc and then go to keep them.
