Park City Tower in situated El Cangrejo, just of Via Argentina and has suprb views overlooking the park. The building has its occupancy permit and owners have already completed on a number of the condos and are living in the building right now.
I had the opportunity to view the building last week and visit the listing we have on the 17th floor. The condo feels larger than the size of the unit at 102 sq m. The kitchen is fitted with stainless Steel appliances including a Oven, Microwave and a refridgerator. The apartment has stunning views out across the city and South towards the ocean. I would not say the condo has ocean views but due to its floor level and being on the sloping hill on Via Argentina it does have a great panoramic view out across the city and due to the location of the park this view will not be obstructed in the future. The condo has a balcony which is always nice when you have such a great view. The master Bedroom also enjoys the panoramic view and has floor to ceiling windows. The guest bedroom has a view looking to the East and also has the advantage of the location not being obstucted. The social areas are still in the final stages of completion, the pool is 90% complted and will be in opearation very shortly. The Gym is fitted out with a number of running machines and aslo a selection of resitance machines and free weights.
