.jpg "Image") LAGO VISTA at IMPZ - DAMAC awards main contract: DAMAC Properties, a part of DAMAC Holding and Dubai-based real estate development firm, has appointed M/s Intermass Engineering and Contracting Co. LLC, one of the most renowned contractors in the UAE as the main contractor for one million sq ft LAGO VISTA realty project at International Media production Zone (IMPZ).
Peter Riddoch, CEO, DAMAC Properties, said, “Intermass is a leader in the engineering and construction industry in the country today and their appointment as main contractors is due to our faith in the quality of their work. We have no doubt that they will deliver a product that offers state-of-the-art luxury and comfort to the residents at LAGO VISTA”.
LAGO VISTA real estate project at IMPZ, Dubai is spread across 1,008,718 sq ft comes with a mixture of 696 studios, 36 one bedroom and 264 two bedroom luxurious apartments and retail on the ground level. This comes with a full range of leisure facilities including health club, gym, sauna, steam, spa baths, tennis courts, children playground including a barbeque area. This real estate development includes two towers with 21 floors and the third with 24. |
